How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is calculated per order based on plant size and county. Small pots and lavender bundles start around €12 in the greater Dublin area. Semi-mature trees delivered by our own vehicle to any county are typically €95–€180. We confirm the exact cost in your order confirmation before charging anything.

Do you offer a planting service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We plant everything from a single specimen tree to a full boundary hedge. Our team travels nationwide with the delivery vehicle. Ask for a planting quote when you place your order or request a quote.

What guarantee do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Every plant we deliver is guaranteed healthy on arrival — we replace it free if it isn't. Specimen trees planted by our own team come with a one-year establishment guarantee, subject to normal watering and aftercare.

Question 4

Do trees from Italy come with EU plant passports?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every tree sourced from our partner nurseries in Pistoia comes with a full EU plant passport, phytosanitary documentation and species-of-origin paperwork.

Question 5

What is the difference between potted and rootballed?

Accepted Answer

Potted (containerised) plants can be planted year-round. Rootballed trees are field-grown and lifted with the soil ball intact — they establish beautifully but can only be lifted and transported during the dormant season (roughly November to March).

When is the best time to plant?

Accepted Answer

For rootballed and bareroot stock, November to March. For containerised plants, any time of year — though autumn and early spring are ideal because the ground is warm and moist and the plant has time to root before summer.

Do you offer trade or landscape accounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we work regularly with landscape designers, garden contractors and estate managers throughout Ireland. Contact us for a trade pricelist and account terms.

What if something goes wrong after planting?

Accepted Answer

Ring us. Really. We would rather hear about a problem early. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we will diagnose whether it is a watering issue, a wind issue or something we should come and look at.
