Terms & Conditions
Orders
Orders placed via WhatsApp, email or phone are confirmed once we reply with availability, price and estimated delivery date. No charge is taken until you confirm.
Payment
We accept bank transfer, card and, for trade accounts, invoiced payment on 30-day terms.
Delivery
Delivery windows are agreed at the time of order. Someone must be available at the delivery address to accept the plants; unattended deliveries are only made with prior written agreement.
Cancellations
In-stock orders may be cancelled free of charge until the day before delivery. On-request/specimen orders may be cancelled free of charge until we confirm sourcing with our partner nursery.
Establishment guarantee
Specimen trees planted by our own team carry a one-year establishment guarantee, subject to reasonable watering and aftercare on your part.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, transport disruption, or plant-health regulation outside our reasonable control.
